We recently took part in an inspiring meeting of the Lower Silesian Chapter of the Business Centre Club, attended by members of the Deftrans Management Board who are actively involved in the BCC structures. Membership in this prestigious organization, which brings together business owners and C-level executives, is an important value for our company. It reflects our openness to substantive cooperation, the exchange of experience, and the building of relationships based on mutual respect.
Brigadier General Prof. Dariusz Skorupka spoke about leadership in high-risk environments and how military precision and structure can be translated into business stability. Dr. Olga Malinkiewicz, founder of Saule Technologies, presented the fascinating story of Polish perovskite technology that is reshaping the global energy market. Meanwhile, Jędrzej Kowalewski, CEO of Scanway, showed that doing business in orbit is not science fiction, but rather real contracts and the dynamic expansion of technology from Wrocław into space.
The meeting in the capital of Lower Silesia provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen leadership competencies, broaden knowledge of innovative technologies, and gain inspiration from new directions in global business development and scaling. Equally important was the relational aspect — exchanging experiences and building connections with leaders and experts from Lower Silesia, which lies at the very core of the Business Centre Club’s mission.
